Ingredients for Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
- peanut butter
- brown sugar
- white sugar
- one egg
- quick cook oats
- baking soda,
- baking powder
- semi sweet chocolate chips
* I use smooth peanut butter, but if you prefer crunchy, you could use that as well.
How to Make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
These cookie recipe comes together in an instant. First, in a large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars until fluffy. Then add in the egg and vanilla and mix well.
Mix your dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until the dough comes together. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll spoonfuls of dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
