Place mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. Gently muddle to release the flavor.

Next, pour Prairie Organic Gin, simple syrup, and mango into the shaker.

Top with ice and shake well.

Place frozen mango chunks in the bottom of your glass.

Finally, pour the drink from the shaker over frozen mango chunks and garnish with mint.

Serve immediately!

More Mango Mojito Inspiration

You could also serve this drink frozen — just combine the ingredients and blend before serving. It will make a beautiful puree. After it’s blended, pour into glasses and top with mint before serving.

Since this easy favorite is homemade, you can also experiment with other mix-ins. I have friends who like their mojitos spicy and served with basil. You could also blend in pineapple, coconut, or peach.

  • 8 mint leaves plus more for garnish

  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz mango juice

  • Ice

  • Pour Prairie Organic Gin, simple syrup, and mango into the shaker.

  • Top with ice

  • Shake well

  • Place frozen mango chunks in the bottom of your glass

  • Pour drink from the shaker over frozen mango chunks and garnish with mint

  • Serve immediately!
