If you’re doing keto and looking for a healthy version, you can keep this low-carb by omitting the sugar and leaving it off the buns.

You could also use the Instant Pot to cook your pork loin and make carnitas for tacos instead of adding barbecue sauce.

Everyone loves this easy crockpot shredded beef as well. The possibilities are endless!

More Tips for making Instant Pot Pulled Pork:

Remove cooked pork to a cutting board and shred. I prefer to use two large forks.

While shredding, reduce the remaining liquid in the instant pot by half by turning on the saute function and simmering for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the pork back to remaining liquid, stir well to combine, then serve on buns.

How to Reheat

If you happen to have leftovers, you can heat it on the stove, in the microwave, or the oven easily without drying it out.

Be sure to save the leftover sauce and warm it with the sauce to keep the meat juicy and moist.
